i have logitech g29, i watched thousend times on youtube how to drift assetto corsa and different tutorials of wheel settings, did that LUT file and wheelcheck too i only know it makes something better? Im home right now because of corona and i play 5th day now everyday atleast 10 hours only drift practice. Mostly i use bmw e30 drift version.
So I've had the G29 for a little while now. While it works great on GT Sport, I wanted in on AC for drifting. I've looked at numerous setups on YouTube but none of them seem to work for me. I have the tendency to spin out and cannot keep a solid drift going. I started out slow with a GT86 which seems alright. I can get a decent drift going but then when the wheel flies back, I go to catch it
Create and apply a LUT file as mentioned in above comments to counteract any linearity issues (common with entry level wheels). Set your FFB gain in the control settings to somewhere between 60 and 80 and turn ABS, Slip down to zero (you can move them up again later but it helps you pinpoint changes when first setting up). I was just playing asseto corsa competizione earlier and everything was fine but on asseto corsa when I simply turn my wheel even if my car is on park it vibrate so much that neighbor came knocking at my door to ask me what the fuck I was doing. nyXNS.
