As noted, cutting involves 500-1,000 calories-worth of cardio for me that doesn't happen on a bulk. Between 1300-1500 calories. I tried doing 3k+ a day while doing IF but I couldn't stomach it for long. Otherwise it's pretty easy to add a couple hundred extra calories with each meal. A handful of macadamias is a great way to get a ton of calories. I'll often have 1/8-1/4 cup of whipping cream with my coffee and eggs are a nice way to soak up some extra coconut oil.
